Where is AR Boxercise Epsom?We are based very near to a park at Ruxley Lane, so in the KT19 postcode.How much does it cost?There are a few payment options, but classes average around £6 per session if paying monthly. It is more for pay as you go.What level of fitness is required?All levels of fitness are welcome to the sessions. Small groups sizes and the way the session is structured allows everyone to go at their own pace.What do I need to bring?Water, appropriate sportswear and ideally your own gloves.Can I expect my fitness to improve?Yes, absolutely. With consistency, fitness should improve within a few weeks.How big are the classes?Often the classes are between 3-6 people. Max class size would be 8.What's involved?Boxing padwork, shadow boxing, strength based exercises and most sessions will involve some amount of running although like everything else each week the session is varied to keep you moving forward towards your goals.
